YFA — Football Development in WishawAt CYFA, we believe ability isn't the entry requirement — willingness is.Whether your child is just starting out, playing grassroots football or looking to push themselves further, CYFA provides individual football development built around the player in front of us.We don't believe every player needs the same coaching. We assess where each player is, understand what they need to develop and create the right training environment to help them improve. That could be through small-group training, specific development sessions, or 1-to-1 coaching.Our aim is simple: to maximise the potential of the person and the player.Through football, we develop technical ability, tactical understanding and physical qualities alongside confidence, character, communication, resilience and decision-making.Based in Wishaw, CYFA welcomes players of all abilities who are willing to learn, train and improve.You don't have to be the finished article.
