Marty has been running waterproofing, foundation and drainage Inspections since 2013 for Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing. He genuinely cares about what is needed to make your project a success and will also view each project as if it were his own property. He will spend the time needed to diagnose what is wrong with your foundation and provide you with options for its repair. When he is not working he enjoys time spent with his family, attending church activities and spending time hiking and enjoying the great outdoors.

Mike Bird

Mike is the founding member of Advanced restoration & Waterproofing LLC. with over 30 years of experience in the residential construction and restoration business. He entered the construction and restoration industry immediately after separating from the military in 1994. Starting out as a hod carrier on a block laying crew and moving on from there to having hands-on experience in drywall, plumbing, interior and exterior trim, roofing and eventually finding his way into building and framing custom homes. In 2001, he formed what was the lead up to Advanced, A-1 Crawl Space Repair. Later in 2004, he founded Advanced Waterproofing and then went on to form Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing, LLC. in 2012. All along the way he always worked hard and continues working hard to improve service, methods and the quality of materials used. Most importantly he surrounds himself with great people.His message to folks who are experiencing foundation issues on their home is simple: no need to look any further for the best service and highest quality workmanship available in central Indiana, Northern Kentucky and southwestern Ohio than Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing LLC.In his spare time away from work he enjoys hanging out with his wife, his adult children and grandchildren at every opportunity and writing music in his studio. Mike is currently the Master of Nashville Masonic Lodge #135 in Nashville IN. and sitting as a board member at the Indiana Masonic Home for the 2024 and 2025 term. He honorably served as an Army veteran in the Persian Gulf region and ” Desert Storm”.
