As a qualified Personal Trainer with specialisms in pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition, my passion lies in helping women navigate the physical and emotional shifts of motherhood—from pregnancy through to life after birth. During my own pregnancy, I often felt unsure about what exercise was safe. Despite having a fitness background, I still found myself second-guessing things—what I should avoid, what might help, and how to adapt as my body changed. I wished there had been more practical, supportive guidance that felt both safe and realistic. Then, after becoming a mum, I was hit with the reality of how hard it is to prioritise your own wellbeing when you’re sleep-deprived, healing, and constantly needed. I clung to those precious naptime windows as the only chance to move, breathe, and feel like me again. Understanding just how tough both pregnancy and postnatal life can be, I created Mums in Motion—a space where mums and mums-to-be can feel safe, supported, and empowered to look after their bodies without pressure or guilt. Whether you're preparing for birth or rebuilding after it, these classes are designed to help you move with purpose, reconnect with your body, and feel confident in what it can do. I know how easy it is to put your own health last. That’s why I’ve designed Mums in Motion to be more than just a workout—it’s a chance to prioritise you, in a phase of life that’s all about giving to others. With a deep understanding of the pre- and postnatal body, each session is carefully tailored to help you move safely, feel stronger, and build healthy habits that fit around your family life.
