Henri Nouwen House (HNH) is a long-established not-for-profit Association with a strong community reputation. We manage a Community Wellbeing Centre which assists individuals, couples and families achieve well-being through evidence-based group programs held in a safe and welcoming space. The programs successfully enable self-development for people who need extra support during tough times such as grief and loss, relationship breakdown, loneliness and adjusting to life's transitions. Programs are run by volunteers with lived experience and are low cost or free for those in financial difficulty. By combining lived experience and practical skills, the organisation builds a strong caring community where people feel safe to talk about their struggles.HNH is supported by tenancies from allied health professionals who support program participants and other community members.作品图集
