InHands Postoperative Therapy & Recovery is a specialized surgical aftercare clinic located at 100 Los Gatos Saratoga Road, Suite A, Los Gatos, CA 95032. One of the only facilities of its kind in Silicon Valley, InHands supports patients before, during, and after surgery with a comprehensive, science-based approach to healing.Led by occupational therapist Heather Gavric and critical care nurse Raquel Montoya, the team includes nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and certified massage therapists with specialized training in lymphatic care. Services span the full surgical recovery journey — from preoperative coaching, nutritional guidance, and surgical garment fitting, to an on-site private overnight recovery suite with 24/7 nursing care, IV medications, and medical monitoring. Postoperative therapy services include manual lymphatic drainage, red light therapy, deep oscillation therapy, low-level laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, postoperative rehabilitation, and breast cancer recovery. IV therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (coming soon) round out the treatment menu.InHands also serves as a communication bridge between patients and their surgeons, providing progress updates throughout the recovery process to ensure continuity of care. Wellness lymphatic therapy is available for non-surgical patients as well, including pre- and postnatal care.The practice holds a 5.0 Google rating, is BBB accredited, and is a member of the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce. Credentialing includes affiliations with the American Occupational Therapy Association, the California Board of Occupational Therapy, and the National Lymphedema Network.
