    Pros and Cons

    Pros: The room itself is beautiful, the faculty is clean, work environment is positive, collegial, and respectful, and the staff is lovely and helpful. It's very convenient to have access to the kitchen (with a fridge, microwave and free coffee) and to the conference/library/reading room. Cons: There are often problems with the facility, eg. heating or AC not working properly. Recently there was an electricity outage that lasted for 5 days. While it's understandable that things sometimes break and need to be repaired, these incidents seem to happen regularly which is a problem.

    Too much noise from drilling somewhere

    The only problem I had today with the room I rented was competing with very loud drilling sounds that lasted for at least 30 to 45 minutes, with no let up. If it wasn't for that disturbing noise, I would have given my office rental more stars. Otherwise, all was fine. The room was well equipped with hand sanitizer and tissues and all the lights worked. The intercom worked fine as did the door code. My client entered the building without any problems

    Noise Level

    I like the offices at IPTAR, however, today there was someone speaking loudly on the phone in the conference room adjacent to the office I was renting. (#8). It was distracting. Perhaps, people in the space can be asked to be aware of the levels of their voices as sound carries through the walls.
