Weekly service

Almost every time who came to clean my house, they actually didn't follow some of my request. Last few times of their services, they didn't clean the mirrors, doors and sink was not cleaned well (I cleaned after them). If I follow them they do very well! Today's service, they didn't clean maid's room toilet, sink and mirror. Overall service is OK. But there are some team who works very well and can finished on time.

Great work but honesty pays

I am very happy with the duo who came to clean my house on Thursday at 3:15pm. They come often and are very professional and nice. However, last Tuesday, I heard something shatter in the stairs, but I forgot to ask what it was (I was concentrated with work). When the guys left my house, I noticed that they broke a ceramic cat bowl and have put it outside with other bowls. It's not a big deal, it's just a bowl, but I would have preferred to be told the truth.

Bad experience

Special remarks on the reservation were not carefully read and considered. Both kitchen and two tables were not carefully cleaned and left with stains. Personal mattresses were contacted.

Good job

I am usually very pleased with the work of the cleaners. But last Thursday the team did not clean the mirrors, they were left with stains, and the stairs were not washed. I would like more attention to be paid to the stairs. When I am around I ask for them to vacuum and wash them, but when I am not around they remain untouched. Otherwise I'm happy with cleaning. Thank you.
