Service review

Great installation and reception. Worth every cent. One major drawback however, is the lack of professionalism of the otherwise lovely installers. There is loud discussion among them in front of, and over clients. Topics range from views on non-Kiswahili speaking clients, to merits and demerits of the owner. Staff must of course converse, there is however a place and time for this. The cited example takes away from an otherwise great establishment.

Ruth was very pleasant. I previously had the worst eyelashes installed by someone different but ruth was as gentle as she could be when it came to removing them. Plus she gave me a gentle installation process.

Hi, I got my lashes installed today and I heart them : ), however, they're quite coarse, causing itchiness and it's only been day one. What has previously been installed has been soft, you can't even feel them, but his ones.....

I LOVE MY NEW EYELASHES!
