Booked plumber for 11am, after him being 45 minutes late I subsequently called to say I had to leave the house but would leave the door. Upon his arrival he contacted me To say the job would be double the price as he had only priced for the loo as instructed. I double checked our communication and had most definitely requested a price for both and sent photos. Be aware…. He denied this even though I had the messages in my hand looking at them, I even forwarded one on. Be wary!!
