You must bring the following items with you to enable you to enter the chamber for your treatment.

For our Female Clients:

    Ladies can wear either underwear, shorts and a crop top or a swimming costume whilst in     the chamber (no metal/underwires).    Thick socks    Dressing gown or similar to wear between the changing rooms and the chamber. This can be     taken off once you are inside the chamber and passed to your therapist. Your therapist will     pass it back to you to put on before opening the chamber once your session is over.

For our Male Clients:

    Shorts or swimming trunks to be worn in the chamber    Thick socks    Dressing gown or similar to wear between the changing rooms and the chamber. This can be     taken off once you are inside the     chamber and passed to your therapist. Your therapist     will pass it back to you to put on before opening the chamber once your      session is over.

7CryoHealth will provide you will provide you with slippers and gloves to wear during your treatment. With the exception of rings and earrings (as these will be covered or outside of the chamber) please ensure you remove all other jewellery prior to your session commencing.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the stated start time of your session.

Use this service to purchase a 4 person group Whole Body Cryotherapy session for the price of £140 (£35 per person!). All sessions must be taken as a group in a single session. All sessions are to be booked between now and 30th May.

Each clients session in the chamber itself will last 3 minutes. 3 minutes is the optimal duration to create our golden target of a drop in surface body temperature of 10 degrees centigrade. This is what kick starts the amazing systemic changes caused by WBC and will leave you feeling fantastic. 

Your entire appointment will last approximately 20 minutes, upon arrival we will help you complete a few pre-requisites before we can commence with your treatment. We will:
