Welcome to Marris WinkDEPOSIT:
A $25 Deposit is REQUIRED before I confirm your appointment. Deposit can be paid via Zelle, Cashapp, or Apple Pay. Deposit does apply to your service. Final balance can be paid with any of the three forms of payments listed above OR/ with cash. Please be advised that if you pay through Cashapp, I will charge $1.50 extra!
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Remain in your vehicle until your EXACT appointment time (unless you decide to head up about 2 minutes prior).
MASK POLICY:
A face mask MUST be worn during your appointment. NO exceptions. If you don't have one, a mask will be provided. If you refuse, you will be turned around.
GUEST:
NO extra guest; Space is limited. If you have children and MUST bring them, please consult with me. NO surprises.
LATE POLICY:
I have a STRICT late policy. There is a 5 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 fee will be added to your service that will be due before we began your treatment. After 15 minutes, your appointment WILL be cancelled and/or rescheduled. I am very understanding, so please communicate with me ANY circumstances that may cause you to be late as I may have a client booked after you.
RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling MUST be done AT LEAST 2 days prior to service to avoid a re-booking fee of $5!
NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY:
No Call No Show will result in a deposit of $40 if you choose to book again. After 2 No Call No Shows, you will not be able to book with me again. Communication is key!
REMINDERS:
Location and appointment reminder will be sent 2 days prior to appointment. You may use this time to discuss any appointment changes.
FOREIGN FILLS:
I will work over another techs work as long as the lashes are applied correctly. Please consult with me about Foreign Fills.
TRAVELING:
I DO travel to you for an additional fee. If local, the fee will range between $40-$60. If out of town, depending on how far, fee will range between $100-$250. I will NOT travel any further than 4 hours from Dallas, Texas.
