【About Matsukawa】Matsukawa is Ireland's prime destination for experiencing the essence of authentic Edomae Sushi in a unique Omakase Course. Our history traces back to 1961, where our story began at the foothills of Japan's iconic Mount Fuji. At Matsukawa we seamlessly merge the artistry of traditional Japanese culinary techniques with the finest Irish ingredients sourced from esteemed local suppliers, all curated by our dedicated team led by a Japanese Head Chef, revered as a master in the art of sushi craftsmanship.【Reservation Information】We open booking slots prior to 30 days at 5pm and 7:30pm. For example, a 5pm slot on 15th Feb is available from 5pm on 15th Jan. We only take a regular reservation through our website except for a situation that there is a last-minute cancellation. For a private party, please contact us by e-mail.【Restaurant policy】Due to the nature and length of our course, Matsukawa is not suitable for children under 16 years of age. We do not have facilities for babies and enough space for buggies on the premises.【Cancellation and Refund Policy】Due to the limited space and preparation for fresh ingredients, €20 deposit per person is non-refundable in all cases even though you cancel the reservation 48 hours before the date. We fully understand that there are various situations, please get in touch with us to cancel your reservation by e-mail to matsukawa.ie@gmail.com or use a link placed at the bottom of a confirmation mail.
