Level 3 RPM Practioner in Calgary, Alberta. 

Mentoring Minds believes in presuming competence and providing access to communication to all individuals. 

Booking Policy: Clients can book up to 1 hour of one-to-one sessions (office or online) per week.  You may still book additional sessions such as appointment support, joint sessions or group classes.
Appointment and joint sessions are based on availability. Please contact us directly to book these appointments.

The ASP curriculum utilizes somatic body-mind movement, focused on connecting the body to the internal environment. The curriculum focuses on body grammar, space and sequencing, and creative games.
