PLEASE BE AWARE THIS SITE IS ONLY TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR YOUR FIRST VACCINATION - IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR FIRST DOSE FROM ANOTHER SITE THEN CONTACT vaccinations@merseycare.nhs.ukONLY BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR THOSE WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:A HEALTH OR SOCIAL CARE WORKEROVER 65 YEARS OF AGEEXTREMELY CLINICALLY VULNERABLEYou will be asked to evidence which of this criteria you fall into when you arrive at the vaccination centre. If you do not meet the criteria then you will be turned away.Please note: If you have received a positive COVID-19 diagnosis your first vaccination can only take place 28 days after your positive PCR Test result. If you attend before this then you will not be able to receive your vaccine.
