Fantastic Experience

As I am somebody with no experience and limited knowledge of flying, my instructor ensured that I was able to learn some of the basics whilst also having a great time. Both of the simulators are brilliant and very immersive. I received this experience as a birthday gift and could not recommend it any more!

A320 flight simulator

This session was a gift for my 14 year-old daughter. We followed a flight plan from Innsbruck to Salzburg, which thanks to our instructor, Adrian, was a fascinating and very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.

A320 Flight Simulator

This was a gift booked for my son's 18th birthday. The session was for 1hr 30mins. It included a 30 minute short flight followed by a longer more challenging flight. The instructor discussed first with my son what he wanted to experience & tailored the session to suit him. The instructor was very approachable, knowledgeable & professional & instantly put my son at ease. My son absolutely loved it & we'll definitely be returning soon. Would highly recommend

Disappointed

When we arrived we was left waiting a good 10 minutes before anyone came to tell us the was running late. Then I was told the birthday package that I had paid extra for was cancelled. This could have easily been emailed to me the day before to inform me of this so I could have put something else in place! The simulator had to be reset multiple times. The instructor did most of the buttons himself that left my son disappointed as we thought he would have told him what to press so he could do it himself. Then to top it off, several people kept coming in and out of the room to makes brews, use the microwave or to have a chat in the kitchen, which spoilt the experience! Considering how much it cost, I was left very disappointed. Would not recommend. Still waiting on a refund and my HONEST review keeps getting removed. Avoid at all cost

Great experience

Managed to learn the basics and fly from Manchester to Liverpool( with a little help) very enjoyable and left me wanting more. Mike.

Superb experience

Excellent, realistic, nerve racking and great communication from Alex the instructor. Another good experience ticked off the bucket list and highly recommend
