ONLY $10
These courses will be run through ZOOM. Each session will focus on one specific topic/skill with the ability to be able to ask questions and chat one on one with Coach Tessa and the rest of the zoom call. All you will need is a pen and some paper, simple.
Attend all sessions or one. The choice is yours!
This specific session will be focusing on the BACK HANDSPRING. Being a skill that nearly all athletes are guaranteed to have or have had on their 'cheerleading goals list' it is an important one to teach correctly. This is also one skill that can cause many injuries when performed wrong. Once again highlighting the importance of ensuring this skill is taught with the correct technique. Join this session to learn from start to end how to understand the ins and outs of the back handspring.

This specific session will be focusing on BACK TUCKS & BACK LAYOUTS from both a round off and back handsprings. How to teach the perfect set? How to teach the correct shapes? It all starts from the round off. In this session we will touch base on each element that makes up for the perfect back tuck and back layout in tumbling Level 3 and above.

This specific session will be focusing on STANDING BACK TUCKS. What cheerleader doesn't dream of mastering the standing back tuck? Do you want the knowledge to help your athletes get to that point? What looks like such a simple skill there is so much to learn. After attending this session we hope you can pass on our coaching tips and tricks to help your athletes achieve their goals.
