At Phoenix Fitness and Forge in Settle, we strive to provide a well equipped, clean and supportive atmosphere for you to achieve your fitness goals. We have a large, extremely well equipped facility that we regularly update to facilitate new training methods, including assisted lifting machines, free weights and plate loaded / lifting equipment - we aim to cover every angle.Our new boxing gym facility provides boxing lessons for children and adults, and it's also the venue for our pilates and kettlebell classes! We are delighted to offer this space to be booked by the hour for group training, martial arts or quiet training sessions. This space is free of charge for our members, and £35 per hour for non members.We aim to help you rise stronger—physically and mentally. Our approach turns ambition into action with training that forges strength, stamina, and confidence.
