The sessions are based on developing football techniques and skills which can be applied to a football match.

We run 3 groups based on their age and ability with a mini presentation at the end. 

Parents are able to leave their children (once they are comfortable) for the duration of the session once a completed registration form has been submitted with contact information. 

We advise to pre-book as numbers are limited to a first come first serve basis, however for this session you can pay and play on the day.

Our Saturday morning 1-1 session is an exceptional personalised service offered by SF Coaching. With this service, individuals can engage in a one-on-one session at Goals to enhance their skills and receive specific guidance.

Our experienced coaches are available to assist you and can also provide specialised goalkeeper sessions as well.

Our Saturday morning Beginners 10:30-11:30 session is designed specifically for children aged 6-7 with beginner football abilities. 

Our coaches are available evenings and weekends so please send us a message if you would like to have a 1:1, 2:1 or even a team training session. 

We can discuss the session beforehand and if your child already attends our sessions and has a preferred coach then we will do our best to arrange the session with them.

Led by experienced Coach Luke, these engaging and comprehensive sessions cover various aspects of the game, including technique, positioning, and match play. 

Luke currently plays for Totton’s first team and has just returned for playing in Australia and America. He will bring a wealth of knowledge and skill to the sessions. 

Monday Elite Groups (April-May term) is an exclusive smaller group session aimed at children who are seeking to enhance their technique and energy in a challenging yet supportive environment.

Led by our experienced coaches, these high-intensity sessions aim to push participants beyond their previous limits, strengthen serious confidence and skill improvement. Taking place during term time, this block booking per term offers a focused and personalised approach to development. 

This booking is for a trial session (first session) 

Term dates Monday April 14th - May 20th.  Price adjusted to reflect the number of sessions remaining. 

Monday Elite Groups (April-May term) is an exclusive smaller group session aimed at children who are seeking to enhance their technique and energy in a challenging yet supportive environment.

Our Thursday After School Session (April - May term) offers the perfect opportunity for children who are passionate about football to enhance their skills. Led by Coach Sam, our experienced coach with over 20 years of experience, this coaching session focuses on improving ball technique, match play, and positioning.

The block booking for the term includes sessions from Thursday 18th April to Thursday 23rd May, at a cost of £60.

Limited availability of only 10 spaces per session, so pre-booking is essential.
