It is your opportunity to site down and gave a relaxed chat through ideas with Shannon in her Dundonald studio. You can see where the magic happens and try on pieces toe help you envision your future final design(s).

How to prepare for your consultation?

Please bring along any reference material that you have. The more information the better! Check out Shannon's Instagram and website to draw inspiration from. Have an idea of your budget and materials such as which metal and stones that you would like your pieces to be made from. If commissioning a remodel please bring everything that you would like to use in the piece(s). If you are unsure of the metal and stones, Shannon can acid test the metal and also commission a stone report for you if necessary.

If you are not able to travel to the studio please look at the Bespoke Design / Remodelling via Zoom option. If the times do not work for you contact Shannon via email to arrange. If remodelling your materials should be posted via a secure service after your first consultation with Shannon.

Shannon hosts consultations via zoom! Appointments last 30 minutes and can be arranged for your time zone or outside of the booking schedule, just contact Shannon directly to arrange.

This service is for existing clients to approve stone selection and/or confirm design for their piece(s).

Book a drop-off clean and refinish appointment - ideal to have your engagement ring sparkling for your wedding day. (This is for pieces that have been made by Shannon only).

If you are concerned that your piece may need a bit more attention and may not be able to be serviced within in the time slot then please contact Shannon via email with photographs as it may need to be left in and collected at a later date.

This service costs £25

Book a drop-off appointment for your ring to be resized.

This service is £25 for sizing down. If sizing up there will be an additional cost of the required metal. If you require your piece to be replated after the resizing there will be an additional charge. Please contact Shannon if you have any questions about this service.

This service is for rings made by Shannon but if you have rings other rings please contact Shannon via email to discuss before making the appointment.

Book a drop-off appointment for your ring to be re-rhodium plated. (this is for pieces made by Shannon) Service is £50
