Single Point Aerial Dance Company offers Aerial Acrobatic classes on Silks, Lyra, Rope, Single Point Hammock, Bungee, and more. Each class is geared towards intermediate/advanced students looking to refine the basics and safely work on more challenging sequences. Liz Minnick
Becoming an aerial coach remains the second best decision of Liz’s life. The first, naturally, was to run away and join the circus. Since 2006, Liz has been teaching in the air, loving every single moment of engaging and interacting with all student levels. Working with Cirque du Soleil, and their outreach program Cirque du Monde, Liz traveled the world, and decided to bring her professional skill set back to New York in 2014 where she has been teaching ever since.

Morgan Cole
Morgan has been dancing since age 5 and hasn't stopped ever since. Although her training is firmly rooted in ballet, she's also trained in multiple styles including modern, contemporary, tap, jazz, and hip hop. She currently dances with DanceWorks NYC and has also danced on the Brooklyn Royals dance team.

All open workout is reserved for Advanced Beginner - Advanced Students. All participants MUST be cleared by Liz Minnick prior to attending their first open workout session.
There will be an open workout monitor available, but there will be no teaching allowed by students OR instructors. Only work on tricks you've already learned and know how to get in and out of safely. Breaking these rules or exhibiting reckless behavior will result in dismissal from open workout without refund.
