Located in Barcelona, our studio is dedicated to deep rest through sound and vibration. We offer 1:1 crystal bowl immersion, sound sessions with Tibetan bowls, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra to help the body shift from stress into recovery. Instead of trying to “do” meditation, you simply lie down and allow sound to guide the nervous system into regulation. The experience is physical, subtle, and accessible, no prior experience or beliefs required. A modern, minimal space designed to help you slow down, reset, and return to yourself.
