Awesome Sweat Camps!
I joined to get ready for my wedding in July. However, I fully enjoy the workouts I have been getting, and have even brought a couple of people. I have noticed a couple of things though. The hand sanitizer machines have always been empty. You should maybe post some wipes or spray on the wall to use to wipe down equipment when we are done. The padding on a lot of the equipment is worn, making it uncomfortable - please change.

Jahmir gives me exactly what I need in an exercise routine....He push me to ensure I get what I need out of my workout and not cheat myself out of a good workout.... I'm so sore but I am pushing threw though.. Great Job with the Bootcamp Workouts.. Let's Go !!

Boot Camp
Love the encouragement. Only 2 weeks in, but I feel so much more energy esp at work. I really needed this and I love the warmth I get from being here.
