Estimate that never came

We requested an estimate for trim on our home and Kevin Jr came out.. he was nice and professional and said he was going to email us an estimate on Monday.. Wednesday came and still no estimate.. I emailed gutter people and never received a response.. today is Thursday and still nothing. Not even a response for my email.

First meeting

We are very pleased with the first visit. They explained everything that has to done to fix the roof. Now just waiting for the start date.

Construction Manager

John came out and provided an estimate to replace gutters and downspouts on my house. The pricing was fair with very little up-selling from John. I am now just waiting to a date to be schedule for the work to be performed. In fact, I even referred them to my Brother-In Law for work on his house.

Estimate & Sales meeting with Kevin N went very well. He called before coming to confirm appointment. Prepared a well documented estimate proposal with detail sketch on the work options I requested. We discussed the product and why it differs from similar products. KN also proposed a potential solution we’re having with a conservatory room gutter interface with the standard 5-inch “K” gutter. Very professional, knew the product very well, understood the construction methods/means. Now awaiting response from recommended electrical contractor for Helmet Heat option to decide on selected options.
