worst pedicure ever

I booked my appointment online a week in advance and only got a confirmation reminder an hour before the appointment. When I showed up, she didn't even know I had an appointment. The process was very unprofessional and she was certainly not trained properly for the pedicure process, especially when she left me in front of a fan blowing cold air at me to dry the polish on my toenails so she could go do eyebrows for not one, but two other women. She was nice enough but I will never go back to that establishment again.

Love this place! Super friendly, super fast and she does a great job every single time! Cheap and so very worth it!
