Hi, welcome to my bookings page, 

a little about me: 

????Ex GB elite gymnast, stopped during my early teens due to several reasons and coached gymnastics for 10 years.  Still love to have a play at adult gym ????????☺️

???? My own fitness journey has been a rollercoaster as it has take quite a while to figure out the correct balance, rather than an all or nothing approach. Unlearning the perfectionist nature of an elite sport has been challenging!

????Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 10 years experience and absolutely love helping people get back to what they enjoy doing ????

???? S+C coach (L4) and PT and group fitness coach at BodyBurn Fitness Halesowen, West Midlands 

????I enjoy all adrenaline type activities (bungee jumping/skydiving, abseiling, fun runs ) and still spend a lot of my time upside down ????. Love strength training, with a passion to keep getting stronger ???????? but i do love the buzz of a good metabolic session too ????.
