We believe in community-based growth; the translation of "yoga" means to yoke; to move together as a collective is more powerful than going on a journey alone. We are a collective of certified yoga instructors coming together to deepen our practice as teachers and hone our offerings for students of all levels. Together we'll explore somatic-based sequencing, katonah inspired flows, the integration of breathwork & movement, and the harmony of asanas connected with mindfulness & personal growth.
