    Pet "Pro" Services

    To whomever wishes to use Pet "Pro" Services. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS(S) DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE PET "PRO" SERVICES OR GRE LOGISTICS. And I will now explain why. I contacted the company back in March 2024 as I have two cats that I needed to be flown back to the UK from the Bahamas. And the first question I asked was do my cats require a blood test before returning back to the UK. This was a very important question cause if a blood test was required then we would have to wait three months after the blood was taken before the cats could fly and that cost of living in the Bahamas is very high so if required I would like to get the blood done asap. It took him almost a month to reply back about the blood test (I have email trails to prove everything I'm saying in this review) and it clearly says "blood work is good". There was no blood work so what's he talking about? He says in the email I'll contact my Bahamas office. There is no Bahamas office just more lies. Now Pet "Pro" Services will now argue that it was the brokers fault in the Bahamas which some of it is true. But its Mark from Pet "Pro" Services who kept telling me to not worry as I've been using JANELL GREEN FROM GRE logistics in the Bahamas she is very professional and she has been doing this for seven years now. But this is clearly another LIE because if she had been flying pets from Nassau Bahamas to the UK she would of known straight away that a blood test was required. So my two cats are now stuck for three months in quaretine at an extra cost of $11,000!!! and counting. The total cost is now at $19,000!!! Supposing I didn't have the money for this? What would happen to my cats? Mark from Pet "Pro" Services keeps blaming the broker JANELL GREEN but he clearly says in his emails that Pet "Pro" Services have and I quote from the email "we have flown many pets to the UK. So clearly another blatant LIE. They both have admitted that they are in the wrong but DO NOT WISH TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. So I can only think they don't even have any liability insurance. And they both have shown no remorse whatsoever. How these people can be working with animals is beyond belief. Mark from Pet "Pro" Services once we arrived in the UK and the incompetence became evident, Mark said he would help me out. I could only assume in reimbursement as there was nothing else he could possibly do. But of course he never did anything to help out whatsoever just another LIE. Also Mark and Janell refuse to answer my xalls or emails. Just think if they bury their heads in thd sand I'll go away. I was also overcharged by Pet "Pro" Services and he still refuses to reimburse me for $110 overnight stay for X 2 cats. Also the broker in Nassau JANELL GREEN "the professional" told me to get an export document from my vet in Nassau but didn't know which document was the correct one so my vet issued the incorrect document, and she refused to reimburse me for her mistake and had to pay twice and her vet was almost twice of expensive!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Three weeks before leaving Nassau I kept asking questions to Pet "Pro" Services and yet again it took him forever to get back to me. I then had to chase him down again and he never gave me the brokers contact details till the Friday morning and we were due to fly out the following Tuesday evening. So this left the broker only 2 days to sort everting out. This then resulted in me having to rebook my flight tickets at an extra cost of $702.00, lost the hotel rooms at a cost of $275.00 and rebook delivery of my belongings at an extra cost. The incompetent broker Janell Green in Nassau also only gave me her bank details to transfer the monies owed for her so called "services" on the Monday (flying out the following day by the way) but could not transfer the money as she was using an intermediate bank before reaching hers but most banks already have their intermediate bank so could not transfer funds. So I had to transfer the funds into her sons account, so professional! Even then after changing my flight by two days and then after her giving me her sons bank details I transferred the money from my UK account to her sons account. But we were to fly out that evening and she said if she didn't have proof of funds had been paid she would not let our cats fly. I had called my bank and they assured me the funds had cleared my end. But she was not willing to even sit down and let me call my bank and she can sit next to me and hear that the funds had cleared my account. We all know the huge security questions you have to go through whist contacting your bank. She said she does not trust me and that it could be a friend on the end of the phone. It would be extremely difficult to fake something like that and in only a rew hrs. She had the audacity to say she doesn't trust me!!! And she completely SCREWED me over. Not just financially but all the stress and heartache JANELL GREEN and MARK have caused us. The problem is we know what's happening but the cats don't. They just feel they have been abandoned and now stuck in a tiny cell. Mad as well be in a cat prison. All because we trusted the "PROFESSIONALS". I will be contacting trading standards and will be posting this EVERYWHERE!!! As I DO NOT WISH ANYONE TO GO THROUGH THIS VERY DIFFICULT TIME. LET ALONE THE FINANTUAL COSTS INCURRED AS WELL. I will leave my email if anyone reading this wishes to see the emails + WhatsApp messages to prove what I'm saying is100% TRUE. And please leave a post on the reviews saying that because of this review you decided to go elsewhere. I am also currently setting up a website and campaign to expose these incompetent companies so people are aware that they are not fit to practice. JUST FOR CLARIFICATION I GAVE THE COMPANY TWO AND A HALF MONTHS NOTICE PRIOR TO THE CATS FLYING. Please contact me only in regards to the above: paulbarone71@gmail.com

    Thoroughly Professinal Services By Pet Pros Services

    Pet Pros was on top of everything! I moved from South Carolina to Hawaii and they handled everything amazingly with a short notice. I had contacted a few other companies weeks in advance to my move and it was taking them weeks to get back to me. I contacted Pet Pros about a week and a half before my move and got a quote that day (and it was the cheapest one) they did everything the other companies would have but with a better price and better communication. I was reassured the entire time and sent pictures of my Bella. Will definitely use them again if needed! T hank you Pet Pros!

    Thoroughly unprofessional

    Warning to all pet owners. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. (Note: In the following story, "they" refers to a person whose name I was never given, who has been overseeing my request throughout the process) I reached out to Pet Pros for the "Ped Maids" service, to have my couch professionally cleaned of dog hair. I called every few days for weeks, left voicemails, and scheduled an appointment on the calendar on the website. I would get text message and email responses at all hours of the night, to which I responded promptly even though my calls had been dodged during business hours. Finally, two days ago, an appointment was set by phone call for today at 9am, for $75, to be paid via debit card. 9:15am comes today and no one has arrived. I have received no call, email, or text. I call twice and leave a voicemail before receiving an email that the employee was still at another job, which I fully understood. A few minutes ago, I received a call back with the details of the situation, that other clients had misled the company and the other job would take another 1.5 hours, which I fully understood and was ready to move it to 11:30a. However, they then informed me that there would be a neutralizing component to the cleaning that would bring the total up to $150. I expressed my frustration at being ignored and then having the price suddenly double on the day of the service, to which they childishly (and incorrectly) replied that it hadn't doubled. They then said that their employee just informed them of the price change, but that they would "take the loss" and I would only have to pay $100 cash. I told them that I do not have cash on me. They said that I could pay with a check directly to the employee and there would be no invoice or payment to the company, which made me uncomfortable but I did not express that. I reminded them that I only have a debit or credit card. They then told me to go to an ATM within the 1.5 hours before my appointment, to withdraw cash, to which I replied that I am working from home and cannot run errands during the day with no notice. It was at this point that I cancelled the service. I began to politely express my reasoning, and I was promptly hung up on. I received an email with a thin apology directly afterward. I strongly recommend avoiding this service at all costs.

    Pet Taxi Service

    I booked and received prompt and professional service to and from my dog Joppy veterinarian appointment. The driver even held the door opened for us to get in the car.
