We are also fully insured (indemnity/public liability) and Data Protection registered/trainedBecause of our high success rate and our good reputation, this service is very popular as we have an excellent success rate, so you need to book as soon as possible although we can do them at short notice in some cases. Every available space that applies will be filled and the forms will be posted out to you first class large packet within 24 hours, this can typically take around 4 days through the Royal Mail system. We are non funded and it costs us to get our experts in and print 80 or so pages and post them to you, therefore we do ask for a fee towards our running costs for this indepth advocacy service of £72 for PIP, £60 for ESA. We will then give you some dates that suit and get you booked in.

I had been really worried about switching from DLA to PIP. I worked myself into a state. Things went wrong for me, and I sent in a mandatory reconsideration but was again refused more than standard care. I didn't know what to do! I had a memory of hearing of people who could help, and asked around with my disabled online community and was reminded that it was Fight Back!! I sent in some emails and some messages back and forth on fb. They have been amazing, and took control where I felt I was loosing it! They managed to keep me calm, and even agreed to let my Dad do the talking for me!! I know I have to go to court, and I may not get back what I had before, but the huge relief I have been given by Fight Back and Sue in particular is amazing!! Without you I wouldn't be standing up for myself!! You are such amazing people!! And I can't thank you enough!

PIP Form

Thank you so much to Syd for helping me with my Son's transfer from DLA and filling in the dreaded PIP form. Poor Syd had to put up with me sobbing down the phone as the months of stress and worry over this has had a detrimental effect on my mental health. Syd was very knowledgeable and helped put in all the things that I would have missed out, things that we deem 'normal' as we do them all the time and therefore overlook. Just having someone to share the burden and lift a little weight off of my shoulders was worth every penny. The forms have been sent and tracked and now we wait......I don't know if we will have to go as far as tribunal but if we do I will be contacting Fightback again for assistance. Many, many thanks from a frazzled Autism Mum

ESA FORM FILLED IN BY F4J

Fantastic hardworking helpful amazing etc. I have multiple ailments that Atos or the other lot do not seem to notice getting to the point I wanted to curl up and shut myself off. After speaking ti Michelle first(lovely person) she suggested Nikki(another lovely lady)should handle my telephone appointment. Even though I was panicing, they both calmed me down. Nikki was amazing. Not only did she understand what I was going thru, when I got the completed form which arrived on the day promised, it was as if I had filled it in myself, in fact Nikki had understood my predicament when reading it I started to see why I was getting ignored by atos and dwp all these years. F4J are a fantastic group of dedicated people that I just cannot thank enough and will definitely be using their services again. The advice and continued support is brilliant and I have recommended everyone in the same circumstances as me that i know not to hesitate in contacting them. Bye the way Nikki & Michell, thanks so so very much. I'm still smiling thanks to the both of you.

katie has filled in my forms for mr for pip i cannot fault anyone at fb4j for all there help always at end email or phone call the copy of the mr i read was amazing so fingers crossed for the right outcome ... would recommend fightback to anyone for all there help

ESA tribunal support

They were so helpful and very supportive. I used the service as I couldn’t cope with the stress . They sent all documentation and provided the submission , gave be valuable and reassuring advice of the day of tribunal, I won my case and couldn’t have done it without them.
