Oli saved my game!

I was really struggling with the Yips, to the point of not wanting to play and withdrawing from team events. My handicap and confidence spiralled down until Oli was reccomended to me, and I decided to give him a try. Oli was very patient and professional, changed my grip, changed my swing path, but crucially started working on my brain! It has now been over a year, my outlook on golf has changed and I am enjoying it again, and my handicap is recovering slowly from the rubbish I threw at it! World Class

Oli has been a real breath of fresh air since my daughter Neve started having putting lessons in December last year. She was very keen to improve her putting but was a little unsure of what she needed to do better and wanted to work with a specialist. Oli listened to Neve explain how she approaches her putting and used the latest technology to demonstrate what her stroke looked like. It was evident that Oli has a great process in place and this helped Neve to build a comfortable address position and modify her grip. The immediate result was a huge improvement in technique and in confidence. We have had three visits to Oli so far and each time there has been incremental building on the fundamentals of putting and refining of her stroke. Neve genuinely looks forward to seeing Oli for lessons and always comes away feeling better about her game. It’s easy to see why Oli is in demand as he makes the whole experience great fun as well.

Absolutely Superb!

Excellent coach, excellent mind for putting and the short game, helped reduce my handicap from 11 to 7, in 2 months. Very technically sound, very people friendly, keeps things very simple for such a complicated skill. Top man. Highly recommend!

Putting transformation…!!

After receiving a putting lesson with Oli as a Christmas present and following a run of even poorer putting than usual, I decided to book the lesson…..All I can say is I wish I’d done it much sooner.! Olis teaching technique, extensive knowledge and enthusiasm were noticeable straight away. If you are struggling on the greens, or even if you are a good putter and just want to hole more putts and add consistency, go and see the guy.! It’s probably the best money you will ever spend on anything to do with golf and I actually look forward to putting now instead of dreading it..

Zoom meeting

Had a great zoom meeting with Oli talking about my strengths and weaknesses and coming up with a plan on what to work on first and how to practice the correct way. Definitely booking a in person lesson with Oli to learn aimpoint.

Aim point lesson

Had an aimpoint lesson with Oli today and found it very interesting, the content was explained very well with practice of every part of the course and you would only move ahead when you were happy with what you were doing, it covers all types of putts. After one session I'm not going to say it's a miraculous fix to my putting woes but what I've been shown as an addition to the standard aimpoint lesson on aiming of the start line really helped me (this is not specific to me Oli did mention he uses different methods for different students as required). I did notice my putts were all either in the hole or close enough for a 2 putt. Will be trying out by myself on Friday and I am honestly really excited and feeling confident about my putting now. If it's a disaster Oli does make himself available for any issues, questions etc. and also sends links to join various aimpoint groups for additional help. Would definitely recommend if you want to improve your green reading and from what I've seen so far take out the guess work of green reading and as Oli shows you at the start your eyes lie to you! Awesome course, thank you Oli!

Aimpoint

I have heard a lot about Aimpoint which is why I contacted Oli as he is the only level 3 instructor in the South West. Oli is very friendly and approachable. He explained the principles of Aimpoint and how to adapt it to different situations and different greens. The whole process was seamless and very valuable. In addition I was fortunate enough to have an analysis of my putting technique which was very useful. I would strongly recommend Oli not only for Aimpoint but also as a specialist putting coach. I hope to visit him again for future lessons in the hope that it will help my game.

Confidence Boosted

I really enjoyed my session with Oli. He has an incredible understanding of putting with market reading technology that served to confirm what he had already observed from looking at me putt. Some simple changes made an enormous difference and instilled great confidence in my putting stroke. I can highly recommend Oli for anyone who is struggling with their putting or would benefit from a greater understanding of their putting stroke.

Putting Review

Had a great session with Oli last week. I’ve struggled recently with putting and lacked confidence particularly from 6 feet and less. We chatted for a while and then made use of the putt lab. And the data don’t lie. I was very inconsistent and rarely found the sweet spot. Oli stepped in and my what a difference. New grip - claw - and a crouched posture to improve aiming. It’s made a such a difference. I now look forward to putting. Thank you Oli. Top coaching in a first class set up.

Putting Lessons and Aimpoint

I've had some technical putting lessons that have been a huge help, the analysis and feedback are superb. Oli is chilled, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I've also completed Aimpoint express and it has helped my putting immensely, I'm holing more and no longer standing over putts feeling confused. A huge help to my game and I'd highly recommend Oli, a superb coach.
