Let's virtually meet and discuss you! We will realize and setup goals. We will create a plan of action for the first three months of practice.

We will meet at the studio in Brooklyn and practice Yoga, Meditation, and Sound healing. At the end of the session, you will receive a short relaxing Thai massage.

We will meet Virtually and practice Yoga, Meditation, and Sound healing as you request. I'll guide you through a short breathing practice, workout, and relaxation. For the entire 60 minutes, we will focus on your goals and needs. Let your Yoga journe

We will meet in-Person at your location or our studio, and practice Yoga, Meditation, and Sound healing as per your goals and needs. The class will end with a short Thai Massage during relaxation.

    Get yourself some peace of mind. Highly recommend.

    So, I asked Natasha to help me when I was going through some really hard time, personal and stress of the workload and school, all at the same time and I realized that if I don't find a little bit time for myself I'll explode and probably will get into years of depression. Anyway, I just have to share that after very first time we worked together, Natasha gave me very specific breathing practices that I could use during my days and we did the intro yoga class that instantly helped me to let go of some heaviness. Which is why I'm really thankful. I call our sessions a date with myself. Good luck to all and have your peace of mind.
