Natara Hill is the owner of Namaste Natara and founder of The Nest by Namaste Natara. Natara has been drawn towards wellness from an early age and decided early on to go to school for psychiatry. She was first introduced to wellness in high school when she personally chose to practice mindfulness. In college she became certified in yoga and started teaching on campus. Before she graduated she opened her own yoga studio in the university area of UNCC. Natara's mission is to bring more professionals in the wellness industry together and provide communities outside of the typical yoga market more access to wellness.

Alexis fell in love with wellness through learning the art of mindfulness. Finding real truth in the connection of mind, body and spirit. Learning to treat the body as something extremely sacred. Alexis completed her 200- Vinyasa training this past year alongside an extensive training at Integrative Institute for Nutrition. Upon completion, Alexis found her place in teaching gentle soulful flows and classes that focused on mediation. Emphasizing intentional movement combined with breathwork.

Hi my name is Johnny. I'm Colombian/ American and have been in the United States for 16 years. My yoga path started very early in life. I started practicing meditation and Buddhism when I was 12 years old. As the years went by I started getting more in depth on the spiritual side. I started by providing guided meditation and yoga in my early to mid twenties. What led me to become a yoga teacher was my 29th year of life, when I volunteered at a children's cancer hospital, and I was told that to provided guided meditation I would have to have a yoga certification. As I went through training, I came to the realization that all my life I has been slowly put on this path. Not only did I fall in love with yoga but with the way it helped people physically, emotionally, and psychologically.
