Have a much needed day of rest amidst the chaos of Halloween whilst the School's Out! team entertain your children with a day of drama, singing, dance, sport and crafts from 10am-4pm at Dee Point Primary School. The sessions will be ran by fully qualified and DBS checked Drama teachers Clare Howdon and Ravanne Hamer along with some special guest tutors. The price of a full day session (10am-4pm) is £30 with a 10% discount if booked before the 1st October. The session is open to children aged 5-10.

Your first session is a little longer because we want to know your story. We do an extensive intake so we can get a full picture of what your health and current challenges are.

We will also go over any questions you have about our services or modalities.  We will then move into a session of your choosing (Mind Body Balance or Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage (VMLD)).  Please refer to the description of these services for further details. 



It is common for clients to notice an improved sense of relaxation and well being immediately during the session and continued improvements over the next several weeks.

The Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage is used to help improve the function of the Lymphatic and Immune Systems.  Gentle movements similar to massage are used to encourage lymphatic flow throughout the body.  This is a hands on technique that can be applied to the neck, breast, abdomen and groin areas improving the circulation and flow throughout the body. 

Clients often find this treatment deeply relaxing for both their body and mind.

Amazing results can occur in just a single session, and we always hold space for that to occur.  However, there are times when we need to go a little deeper and need a little more time to get to the root or roots of a health concern.  Imbalances can be developed and anchored in the body over a series of events over many years, so a multi-session approach can be very beneficial.  Our daily habits, stresses and environment also play a major role in our health, so having regular sessions can help with life's ever changing nature.

Packages can be used among family members that live in the same household.  The package are also mix and match so you can choose to have all Mind Balancing Sessions or all VMLD Sessions or any combination of the two.
