Each program is written with balance in mind, meaning while we work the anterior of your body (the front- front deltoids, chest, quads, biceps etc), we don’t neglect the posterior (back- rear deltoids, traps, rhomboids, latissimus dorsi, glutes, hamstrings etc) and lateral (side- lateral deltoids, abductors etc) sides of the body. Everyone’s favourite class because there is no cardio involved!

Following the production of the inventory report we will meet the tenants and guide them around the property in an unrushed manner explaining the process, discuss current condition and explain expectations come end of tenancy.
