The indoor swimming pool is heated all year round at around 30 degrees. Access is controlled via a code system to the pool area, which you will be given once you arrive at the cottage site and we have checked your booking. Please simply buzz at the main gate and speak to reception to get access to the site. Please arrive 5 - 10  minutes before your booking to allow entry through the gates and to find the pool on site. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior as you will not be allowed onsite.If you overstay your hour booking and impact on other swimmers, there will be a £30 penalty. We reserve the right to ban future bookings.We kindly ask that guests refrain from booking more than 1 private 1 hour slot in a 24 hour period, to allow other cottage guests space to book. If 2 bookings are made within 24 hours, the second booking will automatically be cancelled and we have the right to charge a £5 admin fee. You will be given access to the pool and change facilities at the start of the hour. We recommend exclusive use for 6 people maximum. We need at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation to issue a full refund. On leaving the pool, please leave 5-10 minutes and allow adequate time to change and leave the facilities within your allotted time. Please note, the changing facilities and toilets are shared facilities and may be used by users of the outdoor swimming pool or gym. The indoor swimming pool is heated all year to around 28 degrees, but the temperature does fluctuate lower and slightly higher depending on conditions and usage. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. We advise that you do not swim alone. Diving or jumping into the pools is strictly prohibited for reasons of Safety, our pool is 1.37m in depth. Large inflatables cannot be used in the pools. Dogs are not permitted in pools or pool area. Food and alcohol must not be consumed around the pool.POOL SAFETY The swimming pools are not supervised, so care in this area is essential for the safety of swimmers and those around the pool. Ensure that all swimmers are aware of the deep area of the pools before entering the water.
