New beginners aerial yoga class.  Aerial Yoga is not what you may think!  It doesn't mean that you will be upside down on a trapeze (although this may be possible for some).  Instead you will be supported by a soft hammock which allows your body to let gravity do some of the work. From my experience I feel it enables me to reach postures supported by the hammock and to have a full body experience without allowing gravity to intervene. Some of the benefits include:Eases pressure on the jointsStrengthens musclesIncreases strengthChallenges the nervous system as well as the coreEnhances the mood and relieves stressHelps you stretch betterCan heal back pain (less stress o the back allowing the spine to lengthen)Improves balance and flexibilityBoosts blood circulationWe will start the course with all postures supported on the floor and gradually work out way into balance.  You will only do what your body naturally allows you to do and you feel happy with.Nothing beats savasanah in a hammock!£60 for six week coursePayments by Paypal to [email protected]
