I am currently a second-year master's student at UNYP. I am interested in many different modalities of therapy, including psychoanalysis, CBT and Person-Centered Therapy. Through internships I have had experience of working with many different types of people, these encounters have solidified my conviction that effective therapy can never be one-size-fits-all. I believe that a therapy session should be tailored for each client. I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment free of judgement for anyone who might need it.

I am a second year master student of psychology at University of New York in Prague, and I know that student life can come with  mix of pressure, uncertainty, and change  from academic stress  to adapting to a new environment or wondering which direction to take next. My counselling approach is grounded in Person-Centred Therapy, with an emphasis on empathy, openness and authenticity. I see counselling less as finding quick answers and more as having the space to slow down and understand yourself better.  Together, we can explore practical techniques that may help you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.  My aim is simply to offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can talk honestly and feel a little less alone in figuring things out.

Having completed my Bachelor's degree in psychology in France, I am currently finishing my master's degree here at UNYP. My experience of moving abroad has familiarized me with the feelings, adjustments, and personal growth that come with life as an international student. My background includes internships with children, adolescents, and their families, which have taught me the importance of active listening. I also have multiple trainings, including initial assistance/support for victims of gender based sexual violence, ASD support, onco-hematology support for cancer patients and their families, as well as guidance regarding extremism/radicalization associated with mental health care. The space I aim to offer is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, where you can speak freely and fully be yourself. Whether you are facing personal difficulties, managing life changes, or simply wish to share your achievements and positive moments, I am here to support you every step of the way.
