Ein ausführliches Erstgespräch inkl. Anamnese sowie Puls- und Zungendiagnostik nach der TCM ist wichtig um das richtige Behandlungskonzept zu erstellen und einen individuellen Therapieplan zu entwickeln. Wenn Sie regelmäßige Medikamente einnehmen, bringen sie bitte eine Liste mit den verwendeten Medikamenten mit. 

Vor unserem Termin wäre es ratsam ca. 2 Stunden nichts zu essen und keinen Kaffee zu trinken, damit die Zungendiagnostik möglichst genau erfolgen kann.

Die Teilmassage bietet eine gezielte Entspannung für gestresste Muskeln und verbessert die Durchblutung in bestimmten Körperbereichen. Durch gezielte Massagegriffe können Verspannungen gelöst und Schmerzen gelindert werden. Die Behandlung wird individuell an die Bedürfnisse jedes Kunden angepasst und es wird für ein ganzheitliches Wohlbefinden gesorgt. 

Für eine Teilmassage ist kein Termin für ein Erstgespräch notwendig.

In der Qi Gong  Stunde kannst du in 45 Minuten in die Grundlagen des Qi Gong reinschnuppern.

Tauche ein in die Welt der Energiearbeit und finde deine innere Balance. Du wirst Schritt für Schritt durch die Bewegungen geführt und ich helfe dir, deine Energie zu harmonisieren. Entdecke die Kraft des Qi Gong und stärke Körper, Geist und Seele.
