This Service is designed around the Amateur, Anxious Cyclist. In just Three Hours, we teach Bike Handling, Traffic Skills, Signaling, the elements of Visibility and Projecting Intent. We'll help you improve your confidence and competence while out on the road!

Custom moulded insoles for a full range of sports and daily life. Providing support and stability for more control and better power transfer. Custom insoles can also help with alignment issues such as pronation/supination to create better tracking and prevent injury.

Cleat set up for any cycle shoe type. This ensures you have the optimal cleat position for your foot type.

If you book in for a full bike fitting, this is included in the price.
