Feeling frustrated with your weight or chronic fatigue? Have you tried a bunch of different things with no or little success? Then this might be the program for you. I'll assess your current health status using a series of in-depth questionnaires to get clear on your biggest health concerns, what may be causing them, and where your biggest healing opportunities are to restore balance to your body. We'll then work together, and I'll guide you on how to implement a few strategies to best support you in getting the results you want, based on your own health struggles. I'll provide custom recommendations regarding diet, sleep, lifestyle, movement, and proper supplementation to help you achieve your ideal weight and improve your energy levels.

This is a follow-up appointment to the Initial Consultation. We will go over your food journal , and I will make a few recommendations as to any adjustments to improve your body composition and energy levels. We will discuss how to implement those recommendations in order to set you up for success! I will also do a follow-up muscle response test to see how your body is responding to the previously recommended protocol and make any necessary adjustment based on your individual needs. 

This is a WELCOME BACK appointment! You and I will discuss what's been going on in your life and health since your last visit. Which symptoms are better, which ones are worse, any new health issues, etc. We'll then discuss some lifestyle adjustments that you can make that will get you back on track to optimum wellness. I also do a new MRT to see if there is any stress on any of the organ systems, and any supplements you may want to add in to bring you back into balance.
