The BLS Renewal Course covers essential topics such as CPR, AED usage, and basic airway management, providing participants with a review of key concepts and an opportunity to practice and demonstrate their skills. Upon successful completion of the BLS Renewal Course, participants receive a renewed certification, extending their qualification for another two years. HeartCode BLS, offered by AHA, is a blended course requiring separate payment for the online portion. Students complete a portion online prior to attending a skill session. Upon completion, students receive a two-year AHA certification, making it ideal for healthcare students and providers seeking valid certification.This class is for students that already completed (or plan to complete) the AHA HeartCode BLS online course and need to verify their hands-on skills. In order to receive certification. students must provide successful completion of the online portion before they can attend the Skills Session.

Creating this magical bond with water will set them up for a life of confidence and safety around the water. Our instructor will guide you step by step on how to hold your baby to ensure you keep them safe. Play is a key factor of our Sea Stars sessions, using toys, songs, and games to encourage your little one as they explore the water.

8-week course booking As your baby starts to walk and communicate more, our lessons become more active The sessions continue to encourage play whilst introducing new skills such as swimming movements, bubble breathing, and jumping. We will also take the chance to introduce submersion if your child is ready.
