At Mini Dolphins, we offer a warm, safe, friendly environment for your little one to develop early swimming skills. Our sessions involve toys, songs and games, aimed at developing interaction and social skills as your children share the pool and learn with other babies. We will encourage your child’s development, helping them build confidence, feel safe, and love being in the water.

Your Instructor is Katie
Katie has years of experience in the water, having started swimming competitively at a young age. She is a fully qualified baby and self rescue instructor and has worked with Swim England, teaching from pre-school up to adults. She has ASA qualification level 1 and 2.
My passion for swimming comes from a very young age and my belief that every child should be confident but safe around water. This is very important to me!
This is not just a job to me, it is a dream and a passion I have had from a very young age.
Katie taught her own daughter to swim, which inspired her dream of starting her own swim school. With her years of training and experience teaching, Katie is the perfect person to guide you and your little one as you strengthen your bond and learn how to safely explore the water. When Katie met Reg and Lisa, she knew she had found the ideal setting for her vision to become reality.

Creating this magical bond with water will set them up for a life of confidence and safety around the water. Our instructor will guide you step by step on how to hold your baby to ensure you keep them safe. Play is a key factor of our Sea Stars sessions, using toys, songs, and games to encourage your little one as they explore the water.
