how a day works with Why So Restless, 

After you have made your booking you will receive a message with details on where to us for your Course. we ask that you arrive 10-15 min before your booking. Start, of course, we go through all the dos and don't of using our equipment a Safty briefing and a nice warm-up of the whole body Suit up and get in the water 

What do we need you to bring with you:

water, sunblock, towel some cash to eat at the restaurant nearby a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Arade River&Nature park is the single most impressive 2,5-hour SUNSET SUP tour you can do in Portugal.

Work on your shooting technique with one of our trained BASE Hockey instructors. Each Session includes real time video feedback and a take home video of all shots. Each session is done on synthetic ice. You'll need to bring skates, gloves, and a stick, helmets are recommended for younger players. by appointment only call 780-940-4321

This session takes the guess work out of buying a stick. We use synthetic ice and videos captured at 1200 fps to determine the optimal flex and lie for the shooter. We also have a wide range of curves that we will try so that we can determine what is best for the players power, accuracy, and puck handling. Each player will also get to take home the videos we've taken that day as well. You'll need to bring skates, gloves, and a stick, helmets are recommended for younger players. by Appointment only call 780-940-4321
