Ayurveda is a form of medicine which has roots in Ancient Indian traditions. It is believed to have knowledge accumulated over several thousand years and generally the diagnosis is based on idea of balance of body systems using diet, herbal medicines, herbal massages and yoga.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices, disciplines, and exercises which has its roots in ancient India. Yoga is perceived globally to enhance well being and often able to cure conditions unable to find a cure in general medicine practices.

This is an introductory course designed to give the student enough information to decide if  they want to commit more time & resources to play their best golf. Golfers with little to no experience - especially those who have never picked up a club before, are prime candidates for this course. Class includes 3 sessions, once per week. Golf clubs are available for use. Must wear sneakers or golf shoes to each class.

Are you an experienced golfer ready to go the next level. iGolf72's Master Instructors are ready for you! This class focuses on advanced skills such as: Course management, effective stroke/match/modified stableford strategies,  shot shaping, diet & fitness, rules analysis, and much more. Class includes 6 sessions. Students must submit golf resume prior to acceptance in this class.  Must bring golf clubs, shoes and wear golf attire.

Our last round of the winter competition will be held at Longwy Golf Club on Sunday 16th of April. Open to all EIB Group (including pensioners) golfers with a valid playing licence. All handicaps welcome but scores will be capped at 36 handicap maximum. Your exact tee-time will be within one hour of the indicated time and will be sent to you a couple of days before the competition.

In preparation for dare we say it 'normality' we will be hosting Outdoor Sessions in August to touch base with you all!

These sessions will have a smaller capacity of people which will allow us to follow the correct measures. The safety of our students and community are very important to us and hence we will now only be offering these classes to those who pre-book online.
