Once a Member of either the standard gym membership or the gym membership with online coaching you can train at our studio & use our equipment.

Training session Sailfirst is a non-profit sailing club, and a great place to find like-minded people, who will enjoy the wonderful sport of sailing with you here, on the warm, welcoming island of Cyprus.

Course exclusively for sailors under 16 years of age. Over half of the dinghy skippers at the last Olympic Games were former Optimist sailors. Our course is for those who want: To get familiar kids with the sailboat and sea conditions. To introduce children up to 15 years to sailing in small sports sailboats Optimist Dinghy. Or with J80 Sport Sailing Boat that is comfortable to operate from 12 years Old. Getting familiar with the boat, luffing up, bearing off, tacking, sailing in all directions, capsize recovery and essential safety knowledge, preparing and hoisting sails, the role of the helmsperson, stowing the sailboat and sails, and sailboat maintenance.

A Private session is more individualized, as the full hour is completely YOUR hour! WOOHOO!

Private Pilates sessions are great if you are looking for some one-on-one time. This time gives Ebany, and you, a chance to get to know your body, your goals, and your injuries (if any.) A Private session is a more personal and in-depth exercise plan that would work best for you.

FULL BODY.

High intensity, low impact, mix of strength training and Pilates.

All levels are welcomed but one private session is recommended if one has never done Pilates.

Please bring your own mat and water.You are responsible to have your own equipment. Equipment is available for purchase. If you have your own please bring them as well.

Looking to shred and get a good sweat? This class is for you! This is a high energy class created to get you moving and moving fast! Expect high motivated music and a pumped up atmosphere to REALLY get you going.

This class is only 45 minutes, but please feel free to stay the last 15 minutes to cool down and stretch as the next class is Full Body. 

A high energy cardio program to hip hop music using the step aerobic board. Intermediate/Advanced class are for those that have gotten the basic moves down, and now ready to advance the beginner moves and start adding some combos in the mix! Guaranteed calorie burner and will up your step game! Intermediate/Advanced moves will still be taught, but will be moving at a faster pace!

Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Mixxedfit is a people inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body weight toning! In this class, we dance to both formats with hits ranging from reggaeton, salsa, hip hop and pop.  It's a fat burning cardio workout and great for all levels of fitness.

Aerial yoga losar um spennu í hrygg öxlum og mjöðmum, Aerial yoga vinnur á einbeitingunni, jafnvæginu og miðjunni (magasvæðinu). Þú kemur til með að finna fljótt mun á styrkleikanum. Yin jóga kemur þú í veg fyrir samfall, ótímabæra hrörnun, samgróning og við aukum súrefnis-og blóðflæðið. Yin jóga styrkir og lengir vöðvana, eykur liðleika og getu okkar. Este estilo de yoga es una gran introducción a los fundamentos, con un enfoque clásico de las posturas y técnicas de respiración.

En sánscrito, Ha significa sol (masculino) y Tha significa luna (femenino). Así que el propósito de Hatha yoga es crear un equilibrio entre las energías masculina y femenina que existen dentro de nosotros. Usamos posturas de yoga para lograr el equilibrio entre fuerza y flexibilidad.

De acuerdo con el texto yóguico del siglo XV, el Hatha Yoga Pradipika, la práctica sólo tiene que incluir los tres elementos siguientes para ser Hatha yoga:

Posturas físicas (asana)

Técnicas de respiración (pranayama)

Meditación (dhyana)

Esto significa que cualquier tipo de yoga que presente esos tres elementos, esto incluye Bikram, Ashtanga, o Iyengar entre otros, también se considera Hatha yoga. El Hatha yoga es una herramienta utilizada para la transformación física y mental porque exige que prestes atención constante a la respiración y esto te ayuda a estar Presente en cada postura. Las asanas fortalecen el cuerpo. El pranayama te ayuda a controlar la respiración y manipular el prana o energía vital. Y la meditación te ayuda a enfocar y calmar la mente.

La Respiración Consciente es una gran herramienta que nos ayuda a equilibrarnos, a calmar la mente, a enfocarnos y bajar el nivel de estrés.
