A creative, fun and flowing class with an emphasis on the “core” muscles running deep within the body. Using the breath and wave-like movements in order to enter and exit poses, this class will light you inside out leaving you energised yet relaxed for the day ahead. The level is beginner to intermediate (expect a challenge though!)  

Un cours de Hatha Yoga consiste a realiser des postures (asanas) de maniere puissante mais douce. L'enchainement de positions alliee a la respiration et autres exercices de pranayama permettent une relaxation profonde. Ideal pour bien finir une journee!

A workshop to give you the tools you need to develop your strength and balance for arm balances, as well as tools to help you overcome any fears you may have! We will start with a gentle flow and then work our way into a mobility sequence for our upper body and fire up our core before going into some fun arm balances. Suitable for all levels.

This class moves you through 26 traditional poses, with long holds, rather than flowing from pose to pose with the breath.  It is a full body sequence of postures for beginners to advanced practitioners. Postures promote strength and flexibility while fostering deeper levels of concentration.  Room will be warm.

Body Tune up uses The Roll Model Method which is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).
