All the teachers are certified yoga instructors and hold certifications in yin yoga, Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga 

This class begins with 30 minutes of Yin Yoga to stretch the connective tissue and then 30 minutes of Acupuncture to realign the meridians with selective high vibrational crystal bowls to recalibrate the cellular structure.

Aiutano forza, equilibrio, elasticità e spesso si trasformano anche in un buon allenamento cardio. Ogni pratica avrà un Sankalpa (intenzione/tema del giorno), aiuterà a staccare completamente dalla giornata e a dedicarti completamente a te stessə.

Un risveglio muscolare adatto a tutti. Un Vinyasa morbido e attivante che prepara fisico e mente ad affrontare la giornata al meglio. Adatto anche a principianti!

Bring your yogi practice to new heights!! Please wear form fitting long pants and long sleeves to assist in preventing silk burn on your skin. Active wear should be free of zippers, buttons, drawstrings and hoods for your safety and the protection of the silk. All jewelry should be removed before class.

Taking the strength and flexibility we have learned in Aerial Yoga to the next level by adding in transition movements and creating musicality. Every class we will be working on a new routine bringing art form to our aerial journey!

Restorative Aerial Yoga is a gentle, slow stretching and rehabilitative classes to help create space within the body.

Wednesdays 12:15-13:15Traditional Hatha Yoga - holding each pose from 5-8 breaths, flowing and relaxing sequences, guided by your breath. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, relaxing and uplifting at the same time.

Fridays 17:30 - 18:30Traditional Hatha Yoga including Yin poses - starting with Hatha Flow, this class moves on to Yin Yoga, holding poses for a longer period of time, providing deep stretching, meditation and relaxation. Ideal to calm your mind after an eventful week and to regenerate your body. Beginner friendly.
