You are scheduling an FAA Air Traffic Controller Medical Exam. You must be an FAA employed controller and have FAA forms 3900-7 and an authorization form. If you are a contract controller or a college student in an ATC program schedule a second class medical

Minimum rental 2 hours. 

Group Training workouts are designed for 2-4 people. Designed with all fitness levels in mind, grab a friend and get a workout in! Classes last 60 minutes and are $20 per person. 

Get ready to burn calories and get your heart rate up with this fun, full body workout. You are encouraged to bring boxing gloves with you. We do have gloves available to use if needed.

You asked and we listened! Choose the class that best works with your schedule. Come once a week or multiple times a week! Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00pm. Cost is$25 per class.
