Through the patient discovery of our gifts we can learn to love ourselves and lead a better quality of life. We all have shadows that we're working through and sometimes it takes another set of ears and heart-to-heart guidance to bring us in to a purpose filled life. Through this one hour session we'll pin point areas in your life that may feel "off" or where you may feel lost or "heavy" and I'll equip you with the tools to start your self-healing journey.

In our initial session we'll get to know each other through gentle conversation and openness. As we continue to build the relationship I'll be able to intuitively guide you while allowing space for authentic expression. My eventually goal is to help you become self-sufficient in healing yourself without the eventual need for me (but you can always come back when life is too overwhelming to handle alone).
