Our specialized coaches and consultants offer support across various topics, customizing each session to cater to your unique requirements. Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on promptly identifying an individual's goals and the necessary tools for achievement. Our coaches provide insights and solutions grounded in years of experience, evidence-based methods, and a Neurodivergent viewpoint.

Carreiro & Associates encourages people to participate in activities which provide meaningful challenges and learning opportunities. During these activities, we see substantial growth in emotional and behavioral regulation, social skills, and people's abilities to branch outside their comfort zone and try new things. Recreational Behavior Therapy is intended to be fun, challenging, and most of all therapeutic. We include family and friends every step of the way and we encourage everyone to attend family and friend trainings and to participate in activities.
