Een reflexologische voetmassage is een massage aan de voeten waarbij er gefocust wordt op zowel mentale als fysieke klachten. Bij deze behandeling wordt er gastart met het afnemen van een anamnese. Op basis hiervan wordt er een persoonlijk behandelplan opgesteld. Tijdens de massage wordt er gewerkt op verschillende drukpunten op de voeten die in verbinding staan met plaatsen en organen in het lichaam. Hierdoor wordt het zelfhelende vermogen van het lichaam versterkt en worden klachten van zowel lichaam als geest verminderd.De massage duurt ongeveer 60 minuten. (Eerste keer: 75 minuten.)De prijs van deze massage is 50 euro.Best is een reeks van 4 sessies (1 sessie per week) na elkaar te boeken, om het beste resultaat te behalen.

In deze 1 op 1 babyreflex workshop leer ik jou in 3 weken alles wat je moet weten om jou kindjes voetjes te kunnen masseren en hem of haar te ondersteunen in de ontwikkeling. Babyreflexologie is het masseren van drukpunten op de voetjes van je kindje. Op deze manier vloeit er energie en bloed naar deze plekken in het lichaam en wordt deze plek ondersteunt. Zo kunnen klachten verminderd worden, maar houd je het lichaam ook gezond, waardoor klachten en ziektes moeilijker kunnen ontstaan. Tijdens de drie weken gaan we alle greepjes en techniekjes leren van drie verschillende thema's. We leren over de spijsvertering, slapen en geruststelling en welzijn en weerstand.  Op het einde krijg je een syllabus mee met alle uitleg op papier en een schematische voorstelling, zodat je thuis goed alles kan inoefenen. Deze workshop is 3 keer een uur ongeveer. Je dient hiervoor dus 3 afspraken in te boeken, best 3 weken na elkaar, of met 1 week er ergens tussen.De prijs van deze workshop is 120 Euro. Inbegrepen: 3 x 60 min babyreflex, syllabus, schematische voorstelling op papier, kleine goodiebag.Je dient via de online tool 3 aparte afspraken van 1 uur hiervoor vast te leggen.

Een rug-, nek- en schoudermassage is een hardere massagetechniek waarbij de spieren in de rug, nek en schouders los gemaakt worden doormiddel van strijkingen, kneedtechnieken en deep tissue-technieken. Hierdoor verminderen/verdwijnen spanningen, stijfheid en pijn. Daarnaast wordt er ook gewerkt op verschillende meridiaanpunten, om zo energie beter doorheen je lichaam te laten stromen.
